I love a good feminine find and Is IT for this week from Boss Babes! I wasn’t originally planning it for a hangout plan with my friends, but it turned out to be such a versatile piece. It fits true to size and clearly a free size. I also love the length. Not quite “tea” but short enough to style with heels and flats, giving you endless possibilities all year long! On a lighter note, I haven’t done professional photography in a long time; Q-Cliqs Photography took all images in this post. To be honest, their rates are unbeatable; check their Instagram page here for inquiries.
You know the saying, “the only thing constant is change.” It’s a statement about changes that is valid, life is continually changing, the seasons change, your circumstance changes, and pretty much everything in the middle of is continually evolving. In this previous year I’ve experienced numerous progressions myself, in my own life, work life, well-being, and family, and even with my blog. The temporariness of life is something that makes it so delightful and novel. A significant number of these have been extremely sure changes and some of them, well, haven’t been ideal, however each and every one of them have permitted me to develop in manners that I’ve never thought of. Here are a few life lessons I have learnt and might be of help
Change Happens No Matter What
I realize we would all be able to concur that change is troublesome, yet additionally change is significant. Change is hard in light of the fact that your cerebrum is wired to do something very similar again and again, in any case if that action is positive or negative for you. Here and there you get things done for such a long time you don’t have the foggiest idea why you do them any more.
Embracing Change and looking at it as an opportunity
It’s typical when we get in routine of doing things; we rarely venture to try new things. But with change, it forces you out of your comfort zone, your assumptions get challenges and so do your opinions, mindset, and routine of life. You must find a new way do to things and look at things, and the biggest change often provides a new chance to reevaluate what you really want out of your life.
Try to understand why the change unsettles you so much.
It’s hard to come to grips with change and accept it, if you’re unclear about why it makes you so uncomfortable or unsettled. Thinking about it and looking inward, might just help you better understand yourself. This, as a result, might help alleviate some of your anxiety about change.
Try and get busy.
If you’re going through a period in your life when change is negatively impacting you, make yourself busy. Making yourself busy, by working, producing something, engaging socially with others, will do more than just distract you – it will help you contribute to changing your life positively for the future.
Its human nature is to focus on how change can negatively affect you. We often forget is how much of a positive opportunity change can present. Remember that your mindset is everything, how you look at the change will determine how it effects you. Instead of looking at how is disrupts your life, look at the doors it opens and how you can take advantage of it. Whether it’s as small change in your work schedule or as big as moving across the country, the possibility is all up to you.
Just know that whatever you’re going through, change is a natural part of life. Everyone is facing his or her own changes in life. There are up’s and down’s with challenges to face and celebrations for when we reach our goals. Change can be a good thing your life, so embrace it with a smile. At the end of the day, we’re all stronger from the experiences we go through.
I just can’t get enough! This BossBabes floral maxi dress has all the right style vibes, as I am a huge fan of floral pieces that are feminine. A key to keeping it chic is choosing your floral colors right – it keeps your look sophisticated and “grown up” (sometimes I think floral can be too little girl-ish if it’s overly pink and “pretty”).
